Message Banking and Custom Messages feature of The Voice Keeper

If you are looking for an option to message bank personally meaningful sentences (rather than the pre-selected sentences) in order to create your synthesized banked voice, we already have this option available for you!

Our new feature will also allow you to simultaneously complete both message and voice banking. Your voice can be created separately from message banking only, custom messages only, voice banking only, or all combined. Then it's possible to choose the voice version you like the most.

The message banking feature allows you to upload up to 1000 files containing your recordings. All we need is audio files, in standard formats, each file containing just one sentence, and we will take it from there.

After you upload the file, we will analyze it and show the automatic transcription. We highly recommend you to verify that the text matches the audio file before starting to build your voice. You will get an email when the voice is ready. It can take up to 1 day, depending on the number of recordings that you’ve uploaded. Custom messages (text banking) feature allows you to upload your sentences as docx. or txt. file (UTF8 encoding) with each sentence in a separate line, or each sentence separately.

After that you'll be able to review your custom messages (grammar mistakes and punctuation) and to record these sentences to create your personal voice. You will get an email when the voice is ready. It can take up to 1 day, depending on the number of recordings that you’ve uploaded. In both cases, a minimum amount of 400 words (approximately 50 sentences) is required in order to build your voice.

The process is rather simple and you can also find a detailed tutorial here:

That’s pretty much it! You are more than welcome to try it by yourself, the voice creation is always free and because the synthetic voice is built gradually, if there will be no improvement after the next milestone, you would be always able to use its previous version.
